How much we care about each other and enjoy spending time together. Most of my team hangs out after work several times a week, just because we like each other.

The thing I like best about the company leadership is how hands on they are, without being aggressive or intimidating. Never worked for leadership before that managed to that so successfully.

We choose to enjoy ourselves. Every one of us makes a choice to care about our co workers and our teams, and because we all do that we can all keep doing that. It really makes GR0 a great place to work.
