Enhanced leadership and teamwork rather than dictatorship
The pay levels are very low given the expectation and work load
Hire people for their experience and qualifying aspects rather than who they are related to
The culture at the Corporate level needs to trickle into the divisions. The only time that happens is when the CEO is in town.
The culture is set up for growth and integrity, the reality is unless you are family or friends with the division director you are just a work animal
