What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely concerned about the people they work with, and approach everything we do at the company with the mission of making anything we touch better.
They give me my independance

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Enhanced leadership and teamwork rather than dictatorship
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is more than fair, the bonuses are generous, the insurance is very good, and retirement matching is pretty decent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay levels are very low given the expectation and work load
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is large, diverse, and spread out all over the country, but works together so well, and works hard to make sure that we actually know one another in ways that make us feel like a team, even though we are apart.
Great teamwork, we are a family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything needs improvement just hire the right people
More training and workers could do work assigned to them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a huge emphasis on community service and charitable work, and people are eager to volunteer to do work in the communities that surround our various offices. The company offers regular opportunities to do volunteer work with various charities and community organizations.
They seem to care about the individual
It's all about the residents and their well being.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs to work as a team
The culture is set up for growth and integrity, the reality is unless you are family or friends with the division director you are just a work animal

There was direct conversation with Management
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Dont hire family. Pick better trained worker
Hire people for their experience and qualifying aspects rather than who they are related to
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that the work we do makes a difference in the world because the company gives away so much money to organizations and people who need assistance. The company exists to do good in the world, and the work we do is just a means to grow our finacial ability to make the world better around us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just hire the right people
The culture at the Corporate level needs to trickle into the divisions. The only time that happens is when the CEO is in town.
