I enjoy my job. The company is growing fast and there are growing pains but there is also a great chance to make an impact

It was great in the beginning, I loved my job. Thought I would be there a long time. There was a shift in upper management which resulted in a shift in focus and priorities and everything that made them unique and wonderful was gone. They modeled their labor relations like the worst in that category

Grove has values about people and integrity and none of their practices align with those values. People are considered disposable regardless of performance and dedication. It was mind boggling to watch. Operations is ran by a dictator who uses people and has little respect for work life balance.
