
They need to provide a qualified trainer. Don't just throw new employees on the calls then fire them once they hit review time. They need to provide floor help instead of leaving new employees struggling for help almost ready to cry cause supervisors get mad.
Management will gossip with other employees about you and then they will give not one bit of training and throw you on the phones with no help. Any time you even try and ask for help or an answer they walk past get angry and ignore you it's so flustering and upsetting employees leave in tears
The main interviewer hires off how impressed they are and how well they think the person match's the job then after hiring never check to see how things work out. Instead new employee is let got either at there 30 day review if not then definitely by there 90 day all for not meeting job requirements
New employees are not even given a chance. Management knows from day one that they are firing you as soon as ur up for review and not a minute later. I have work call centers of all sorts for over ten years and I have always been star Rep and I was pushed out like I was garbage without any training
