They don't micromanage. I am free to sell how I please. I can use Halo resources at my discretion.
They need to provide a qualified trainer. Don't just throw new employees on the calls then fire them once they hit review time. They need to provide floor help instead of leaving new employees struggling for help almost ready to cry cause supervisors get mad.
Actually listening to their employees, and not picking and choosing what they do
