They offer all that most employees need, and they make sure we know what our resources are if we need more help. They listen to us and change the package yearly based on input.
In my job, we only hear about complaints because no one calls to say we did it all right, those people just move on with their day. The complaints we get are rarely anything we can't fix quickly, so it feels good to know we can really affect people positively and make any rough spots smoother.
