show consistency in leadership from mid level up
Listen, process, plan and practice
communication hr should return phone calls
Stop hiring friends and employees that attended the same university on that connection alone.
Leading by example and getting to know your own organization. Stop with the annoying platitudes and actual present a clear vision and solution that is beyond the financial goals. But how do we get there, this is what we are going to do and how it will directly impact the customers and bottom line.
