The current team is decisive. They research on a strategic and land on one that makes the most sense. Then they have shown they can try and learn and adapt.
Lots of recognition. Great CHRO. And when things go sideways, as they inevitably do at times, there's no buzz about who's to blame. It's more about recognition of the team working together to get over the hurdle.
The recruiter was responsive and helpful and the casual nature of the 'interview' with my current manager was great. I felt like she was assessing me for cultural fit not just job skills and I like that because it shows that company cares about fit.
They appreciate that everyone has something to contribute and no one person can know everything. We all work together really well and support each other with random gifts during crazy busy times - like we had during early months of the COVID pandemic. And, they don't take themselves too seriously.
I love the variety of work that I do as a Marketer. I'm learning Camtasia at the moment to create Product Tours, as an example. It's very hands-on here, everyone pitches in. No entitled folks, they appear to not be tolerated in my experience. Then there's my boss, that's next. She is the best.
