There isn't a single person here I don't like - heck, I actively like all of them. These are my friends, and I trust them. We're basically an island of misfit toys, and we have each other's backs.

We all feel like leaders, and contributors. That comes from Neil Costa, our founder, and the heartfelt way he looks for the best in everyone. The trust is phenomenal. Also the camaraderie, regular & genuine laughter around the office. Also the dogs. They're part of the team, too. :)
