What's the company culture like at HMB?

HMB strives for a family friendly feeling at work. They sponsor many social events outside of work hours to give employees a chance to relax and hang out with co-workers. They even have an employee led committee that leads the initiatives. The work day culture is similar but everyone does a great job working together to deliver high quality work. There are no slackers here.
