
Tom Harris is the CEO and he is very well liked. He makes an effort to know everyone's name but it is hard with over 200 employees. He does a good job congratulating others for good work and give credit where it is due. One thing that I think could be improved is more transparency and better communication. It can be tough because the company has grown so fast but over communication is better than less in my opinion.
