Most positive is dealing with decent people around me. Not much of a culture. Environment isn't great.
Although there are many things wrong at Homeadvisor, many of the employees are struggling together and we understand each other. Built some good support groups with people who work here and those that left.
Need more awareness for its employees and customers. They treat employees like trash and don't care about working conditions. Nobody trusts their judgment and any attempt to make things better for employees or customers is always extinguished. Rotating door for employees.
CEO was one of the highest paid executives in 2017 ($60,658,784). Stocks were only given to top management. I would like to have stocks and stock options. I would like to have bonuses that also went up with homeadvisor earnings like many of the management does.
There are some directors and management that need to be let go. The company needs to be horizontally aligned instead of vertically. Company needs a proper CTO with experience instead of the CPO. There should be highly experienced people everywhere instead of people put in place that cost less.
