Most positive is dealing with decent people around me. Not much of a culture. Environment isn't great.

Our monthly / quarterly / yearly events! You're able to connect with people outside your usual wheel house and have fun with everyone (that includes entry level to higher ups!)

The people, Moral, and the casual environment. We work hard and play hard
