Horrible draining and dreadful- DONT!

It was alright. Just alright.

What you put in is what you get. Work hard get paid well. Take a break and you wont make much.

I like to work at home

It is generally a fast paced, fun sales environment but they are losing veteran employees fast due to poor management and leadership at sales manager, sales director and sales vice president levels.

They listen and are ethical

The empowerment they give their employees

Need more awareness for its employees and customers. They treat employees like trash and don't care about working conditions. Nobody trusts their judgment and any attempt to make things better for employees or customers is always extinguished. Rotating door for employees.

This company just took over and changed everything about how things were done.It is not more productive.

Health care, vacation, and working from home

We have really affordable benefits that have great coverage. I am even able to get high quality pet insurance and their 401K matching is very generous!

I've been passed around so much trying to get a refund because of the way they treated me and still haven't received my refund I believe that I should get interest on that seeing is it's been over a year

Yes because i like to work

They've changed comp structure and this year I made 30% less than three years ago when my sales have not dropped; they've increased.

Higher base, more vertical opportunities for reps other than management

CEO was one of the highest paid executives in 2017 ($60,658,784). Stocks were only given to top management. I would like to have stocks and stock options. I would like to have bonuses that also went up with homeadvisor earnings like many of the management does.

Although there are many things wrong at Homeadvisor, many of the employees are struggling together and we understand each other. Built some good support groups with people who work here and those that left.

Most positive is dealing with decent people around me. Not much of a culture. Environment isn't great.

Our monthly / quarterly / yearly events! You're able to connect with people outside your usual wheel house and have fun with everyone (that includes entry level to higher ups!)

There are some directors and management that need to be let go. The company needs to be horizontally aligned instead of vertically. Company needs a proper CTO with experience instead of the CPO. There should be highly experienced people everywhere instead of people put in place that cost less.

I think there are some managers in place who are not fit for the role and make the job harder than it should be. I have also seen some more entry level employees not receive enough growth opportunities.
