
The interview process varies depending on the business unit, but all applicants can expect: - 30 min conversation with someone on our Talent team - 30-45 min conversation with the hiring manager - Onsite interview with four team members (including hiring manager). This lasts roughly 4 hours. - "Executive Conversation" - this is a 30 min conversation with the CEO. Really, it's a great chance for you to ask any questions to our founder. Personally, this conversation solidified my decision to join HomeLight over competing offers.
