Leadership at HomeLight listens to employees and our clients to improve our business and partnerships on a daily basis.
The leadership team is always available to assist the team members, and they are open to suggestions and solutions.

The people are smart and hard working.
Tons of events and activities
As a remote employee (which I absolutely love), the company culture and technology makes it feel like I am in the office face to face with my coworkers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Intensity. Thoroughness. Meeting different members of the team.
The absolute best interview process I have experienced in over 30 years in business/sales. Intense but on your first day you know exactly where the company stands and feel part of something big.
Quick feedback and when I had a contending offer they were quick to present an offer.
Meeting new people and learning products and services HomeLight can offer.
Interviewing with employees outside my group, which gave me a good understanding of the overall culture

Thought of what we can be, coworkers and working with our clients.

The company culture is a great part of HomeLight. Small things like celebrating birthdays or a company provided lunch at month end.
The possibility of doing what I know how to do best, in a collaborative, friendly, pleasant, fun and professional environment using the latest technologies as work tools.

What I like best about the company is easy – it's the people I get to spend my days with. Not to mention that I genuinely feel like I'm making a difference by making homeownership a reality for regular people through our innovative products like HomeLight Cash Off
