They always are open to feedback and solution oriented.
They are transparent regarding the issues the company are facing, and they do their best to help the employees regarding those as well.
I love that they actively pursue feedback on how to better themselves and the transparency of all the goings-on in the company. Someone had asked our CEO what his salary was and we got a response without him batting an eye. Talk about be humble, act scrappy!
