
I don't think the issue is changing culture, but maintaining culture as we scale. We currently boast a 4.9/5 approval rating on Glassdoor. This is outstanding. The question is how do we continue to maintain (and positively evolve) this culture as we double headcount. I cannot concretely answer this question right now, but we are working with PeopleOps and engaging OD/IO research to try to find these answers.
A more fair compensation plan for sales so that every one has an equal earning potential. Not that it's heavily weighted, but there are some kinks to figure out so that everyone gets an equal shot at the big bucks
Be more vocal on what things to be changed and done well moving forward.
