Great. We are a start up, but we realize people have a life outside of work. A sound work-life balance is essential to our employees' mental and physical health (we offer gym memberships, too). We need you to feel on point so you can be on point. As one of our core values states, "work hard, ski hard." Ski = your personal passion. Work hard at work, but have a life to pursue your personal interests.

Work-life balance is always what you make of it. Granted, we firmly believe it's important for one's psychological and physical (and spiritual?) health to have a life outside of work. Most people work roughly normal office hours, pending project load.
