Team members and culture are awesome. Mostly everyone is fun-loving, into sports in some way, easy to talk to, and easy to get along with. Everyone is also great at their job and always willing to help uplift each other which makes collaborative project enjoyable
The people make the environment fun and enjoyable. Plenty of people love their work so much that they put a lot of effort and time into it which can be beneficial, but can also rub some people the wrong way if you don't have the same "work is fun" mentality
Mostly communicative and transparent. Some members of the leadership team are more willing to hear and accept feedback from the employees. They make an effort to make sure everyone on the team is happy, but often it feels like its only lip service with no real intent or effort behind it.
