Security is the only software business unit that is growing. Mobile and Watson have yet to take off and bring in any real revenue. Cloud is a disaster. IBM came to that market too late...and doesn't know how to sell it, and how to enable partners to sell it.
They say Cognitive and Cloud, although I doubt they are one of the major players. GBS and GTS is having the most problems because they do not know how to properly consult honestly.
None ... at this point any and all solutions are never supported 100%. The only parts that remain somewhat stable are IBMs infrastructure tools this Watson pie in the sky stuff does not work
Same area. Can the company have a sustained business case around Watson ? Does excessive investment in Watson detract investment from proven existing products and technologies.
Cloud and Cognitive seem to be doing the best. Some of the Services lines are also killing it, while a couple of others are struggling.
Not sure if any part of IBM is growing. IBM is eating the dust of Apple, Google and even Microsoft
none of it. its a dying company Watson is the most pathetic excuse for a AI.
Cloud is getting more competitive while Watson is struggling in areas
Probably the Watson Group The culture is still male oriented
