Quite a bit. It's a large focus in the organization to achieve higher inclusion and diversity. Some parts of the organization are doing a better job than others. The best I can say is it's an intentional change by leadership to increase the diversity and it's working.
What I see is over 50% Indian, about 25% white, 10% Hispanic, 5% black. Of those 75% male, 25% female. Note that IBM is huge and this could be just representative of my area and definitely just my experience.
Fairly diverse with sincere commitment to inclusivity. Marketing function remains skewed female, and with recent culling of key talent in the name of co-location - the age demographic is now trending millennial.
There is good representation of minorities and women on the design teams, but not as good in different cross-functional groups.

There is more than at other places in the design and tech industry.
There is a lot of diversity at IBM.
