
There is no main office layout. Depends on your function. If you are in services it's dependent on your client. If you in operations it's completely dependent on your location. At one of my main location, non-executives have some open space, some cubicles, and then conference rooms you can reserve for meetings.
Marketing is currently co-locating into hub cities with open floorplans that are noisy, distracting, and without consistent personal space for things like whiteboards.
Many locations have been updated to now have Agile seating. Think very modern and like Google locations look.
