
There are good medical benefits and there is a 401k match starting at the end of the second year of employment. The benefits seem to get more expensive every year but we get a considerable amount of vacation and generally you can actually take vacation. Some teams it’s more difficult than others but it’s not a company where taking vacation is generally shamed or discouraged as can be the case in tech companies.
They are not bad, health insurance is very good, 401k is only paid out at year end so IBM earns the interest when you could/should be.
Depressed. For more than a decade, US benefits have dwindled until very little is left.
I haven't heard any complaints.
