    Get better at keeping jobs in the US, stop stack ranking people, stop firing the best people, stop acquisitions and start innovating.

    Most people are nice or brilliant, and a few are both. Rarely are there mean+stupid leaders, but mean+smart, and nice+stupid.. yes.

    Change management -- they manage up , not down - -not visionary and don't leverage their people properly

    Too many financial shenanigans and not enough real progress. Company is being run by accountants and not innovators!
