Most people are nice or brilliant, and a few are both. Rarely are there mean+stupid leaders, but mean+smart, and nice+stupid.. yes.
Change management -- they manage up , not down - -not visionary and don't leverage their people properly

They need to ask employees what improvements to make. They push Agile development but top - down management.
