First they should fire the CEO. Comp there is horrible and then they take away our benefits. I recently retired and have never be happier!

Yes...IBM is laying off it's employees, eliminating all the regular IBMER'S & hiring contractors or a IBMer get new job sat a much lower pay
Raises are slim and have not had a promotion in 15 years yet get top rating 1or 2+ while working 10+ hour days.
I haven't had a raise in 7 years since outsourced to IBM, bonuses are small and insulting, 401-K match has shrunk.
Based on similar jobs with all other things being equal, base salaries seem to be 10-20% higher at other companies.
