
We all work remote, so that keeps us from having as much of a community as would be ideal. Many of our hubs are based on legacy IBM
Co workers compete for pbc ratings. They just want hikes every year and will bribe/ coax managers to that end
People are just towing the line... those who work hard eventually leave feeling discouraged and defeated
Teams don't really exist any longer as we're too geographically dispersed to effectively help each other.
We do not have company meetings. We should have more meet and greet sessions.
Better pay and feel appreciated and know we will have a job tomorrow!!!
Less isolation with job responsibilities. More collaboration and less process restraints.
