
Quit moving all the jobs/positions out of the USA, quit bringing people into the USA on work visas. Invest in employees (pay, training).
There are a lot of "dead-wood " executives there making a lot of money ... And upper management turns the other way.

Fairness, justice. Manager activities need to be scrutinized minutely for misuse of power and authority
They need to value their employees more and compensate them fairly, especially U.S. workers
Fix bureaucratic processes. Give everyone the authority required to do their job.
More socializing and bringing diverse view on topics and discussion lead to innovation
