    The freedom to make it whatever you want until an executive makes a public announcement or is planning to make a public announcement. Then you are stuck with scrambling to implement whatever they announced.

    A lot of latitude. However, management will "encourage" that you move certain opportunities to an advanced sales stage - which can make you feel uncomfortable sometimes. But overall- pretty happy with situation.
