    It is not the most flexible but it does vary by manager. However, it has been a priority of the EC to work on flexible work arrangements since that is what the talent pool is demanding. I think this will change in the next year.

    it only depend on your manager. me and my colleague have to report to our manager even when we want to leave for lunch break 30 minutes earlier.

    very flexible. I can stay in the office up to 9 PM or even more

    It's quite flexible. I only need to keep minimum 8 working hours per day.
