
He's an awesome leader. Listens, very empathetic and takes a genuine interest in people. He's authentic, transparent and a strong leader. He pushes the organization and his team. He can improve by shaking up his direct team, VPs and Regional General Managers and board of directors. Needs to ring-fence monies for research and innovation, if we are to maintain our pace.
Gives us updates with regards to company performance. Cares for the environment and social surroundings. Aggressive and pushes us for great results.
I think CEO is doing well. but seems like some of the decision made make us suffer financially
