Flexible. Many work remotely/from home but the company flies us all in at least once a quarter and we do a lot of social + alignment activities. We strive to have the best culture in the industry.

They are democratic. They have representatives from across the business with multiple backgrounds/points of view. They meet monthly for a whole day to discuss issues/opportunities deeply. They practice open book management and share numbers weekly with all. They listen and are committed to growth.
They believe in solving for the company before the team and before yourself (which is proper, in my opinion). They share bonuses equally across the business. They have salary tiers, personal development plans and skills development matrixes to provide logic and structure to compensation and growth.
They were recruited from leading organizations in our industry. We mostly try to take our work seriously but not ourselves too seriously. Everybody here is hungry, entrepreneurial (to some degree) and eager to be the best in the business (and we consistently are ranked as such)
Knowing that I've contributed enough to the company's goals to continue to be seen as a leading, valued team member. Everybody works so hard here I just want to be sure I'm pulling my weight and continuing to be a leading example of what it means to be IMPACT-y.
