They're really transparent and trustworthy. They'll admit if they make a mistake, and they care about all of us as people.

Great leaders, focused on creating a great work environment, works their tails off for the company, and is half men, half women.
How transparent they are with everything that they share with the company.
Leadership has open-door transparency into what's going on in the company. At the same time, they know they're not perfect and are constantly looking to improve themselves and make IMPACT better every day.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, unlimited time off (that my manager keeps encouraging me to take more of!)

Life insurance is included for free, and I have the ability to customize my plans to my own personal needs.
Employees have a 50/50 split of profits.
The benefits that we have is incredible.
The pay is decent with the ability to work from home and work remotely. Unlimited vacation/sick days make it easier to balance work and life.

They are always willing to help each other out when someone hits a roadblock.
Can honestly say the team is made up of some of the most talented and respected people in the industry.
They feel like family! You build really strong connections with everyone and they're one of the best parts about this job.
My team is a family, where some of them have become close friends in the process. They challenge me to work harder and learn more about my job. They're a bunch of hard-working, brilliant people who sincerely care about one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are real-- even leadership and the CEO. They don't pretend to have all the answers if they don't. And they want to hear from staff for what's working and what's not.

Everyone truly believes in the mission of the company and comes to work energized about what they need to accomplish. It is a challenging industry and I am in a challenging role, but we have a culture of support and helpfulness that differentiates IMPACT from competitors.
No drama, generally everyone really likes each other, people go out of their way to support each other.
Mostly everyone who works at the company fits our core values which helps keep the culture and positivity up within the organization.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparent and responsive communication each step of the way

The challenge and diversity of each inteview. Not only did I have to record video responses to questions, I also had a roleplay and a culture interview to make sure I was a good fit for the role and the company.
The team has a huge say on who joins them. It's not just the manager making the decision.
We're really testing for the skills you'll have in the role you're interviewing for, which helps get really good people on the team.
It went extremely quickly. It was challenging but there were no surprises.
