What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are real-- even leadership and the CEO. They don't pretend to have all the answers if they don't. And they want to hear from staff for what's working and what's not.

Everyone truly believes in the mission of the company and comes to work energized about what they need to accomplish. It is a challenging industry and I am in a challenging role, but we have a culture of support and helpfulness that differentiates IMPACT from competitors.
No drama, generally everyone really likes each other, people go out of their way to support each other.
Mostly everyone who works at the company fits our core values which helps keep the culture and positivity up within the organization.

All of the people really get a long and it's a great environment to be in.
The culture and environment are driven by the purpose, mission, and core values of the organization.
Here, culture isn't a fancy powerpoint that's put up on the website to look good. Anything in writing that we have is truly a description of what's important to everyone that works at IMPACT and what we value. It's a challenging, but fun place to work where you'll get lifelong lessons and memories.

Flexible. Many work remotely/from home but the company flies us all in at least once a quarter and we do a lot of social + alignment activities. We strive to have the best culture in the industry.
