I've always felt that I can make choices as an individual without being micromanaged. It's been incredible to have autonomy, while still getting support on my work.
I love the Wednesday huddles, where we take an hour to learn about self-improvement. We've learned how to make a better budget, control negative thoughts, and use time valuably. It's never work-related, which is admirable that the company is taking time out of the work day to help us improve!
