The culture and environment is very positive. As I have stated before, the positive vibes are overwhelming. I feel like I melded into the culture of the company very quickly and smoothly. The message definitely aligns with my own views and perspective on work-life.

No one is bashful, competition is very fair and based on merit, I have not yet noticed someone stepping on another as of yet. It seems like everyone is just focused on working the best they can. The positive vibes are overwhelming, lets just say that.

I am working at my pace as I am learning the software and procedures. The entire office community is very positive and welcoming even though I am a 100% remote team member. How many people can truly say they wake up ready to go to work happily?

The company actually cares about me. Which in turn, makes me motivated to perform my best. When results to shareholders is not the main focus and knowing that the best results stem from nurturing the workforce and allowing the workforce to produce great results that surpass shareholder expectations.

I honestly could care less. It is so refreshing to work for a company that truly understands that nurture = more growth. You can't yell, scream at a plant and force it to produce good results. You have to nurture, feed, teach the plant the best method to grow and produce Great Results.
