
Open PTO--I love it and it's honestly the single most important benefit to me as a working parent. I turned down an offer from another company this year because they didn't offer open PTO. I'm taking better care of myself, and have peace of mind that I can take a day off if my child is ill without having to miss out on an actual family vacation, or hoard sick days. It makes me more likely to be fully present and engaged when I'm working because I know I can take a day if it's needed. Love this policy.
