Listening to teams, things seem to happen behind closed doors without any checking in with the rest. You used to feel safe to express your opinion but not much these days.

Many leaders left Indeed over the past year. It does not seem like decisions are being made with the employees best interests in mind..

YouDays - but they were scratch
Salary, RSU, open PTO, health and wellness benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goals are difficult to attain
RSUs are a mess given exchange rate risk.
I love working at Indeed and believe in the mission - but I really wish we were paid more comparatively and competitively.

We are a job website and our recruiting team is awful. Lateral moves require vigorous interviewing, the sentiment in sales is very negative . Noone is happy
less showing off and less stroking your own ego.
Process was quick but the things promised in interview stages were not delivered upon starting.

Leadership needs to be changed and people with cop-on and strategic mindset put in their place.
Again the leaders make lots of money but give no guidance to their employees. The goals are unreachable and there is no real sales strategy

Internal processes make it difficult for clients to do business with us an very challenging for sales reps to sell. Indeed should be listening to the clients and field sales to change processes to fit that feedback. Not the other way around.
