Indeed.com Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ordinary workers and team spirit

Review from Product Dept

My team is positive, but the general atmosphere in the company is not positive. It's been a very different company since the layoffs last year.

My team mates. We are a nice group of people, but unfortunately with zero direction from leadership

Indeed prioritizes the individual contributor and makes generous allowances for time off and compensation.

open, transparent, innovative, solution oriented

Review from HR Dept

good staff, good behaviour of my team mates

Love our mission, helping people get jobs. Love open PTO and the YOU days.

Teams members mention the positive first and the negative in a questioning format for growth.

Review from Sales Dept

Very helpful teammates in my team

Review from Engineering Dept

Diversity, inclusion and Belonging are strong focuses for all teams, and there is big focus on Work Life Balance

Review from Operations Dept

End of day people are getting jobs

Review from Sales Dept

The company truly takes care of us and is committed to diversity and non-discrimination.

Review from Sales Dept

Open environment that allows collaboration and input from all

Review from Sales Dept

All are focused on the job seeker

Review from Business Development Dept

Everyone is extremely friendly and happy. No micromanagement here just get your work done and have fun!

Review from Product Dept

Supportive colleagues and management make it fun

Review from Customer Support Dept

The relaxed dress code is the most positive

Review from Product Dept

The office encourages collaboration and team work, to ensure everyone is sharing ideas and working together towards the same mission. I've always felt like I can speak up and my thoughts/ideas are heard and addressed.

Review from HR Dept

The people are the best part

The free sharing of information and being encouraged to challenge what you disagree with

Review from Engineering Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop favoritismo and politics stop passive aggressive management

Inspiring vision and strategy. We help people get jobs is just a platitude by now

start by hiring actual people who have management experience would be a nice start!

Get tid of the ceo and all management

A lot. The higher ups need to guide their employees more instead of putting them in impossible situations with unreachable goals

Review from Sales Dept

Constant reorgs. Executive indecision. Can't get anything done as a result. Wasted talent.

Review from Marketing Dept

Have leadership team solicit real feedback that is anonymous to get a true pulse on what is happening in all parts of the culture.

Review from Sales Dept

More autonomy and less control and command

Review from Product Dept

There is a lot of "it's not my job" and the internal processes are overly complicated and lengthy. Indeed should consider an easier way to support its customers in a more timely and simplistic fashion.

Review from Sales Dept

Managers need stronger auditing to prevent friends from forming cliques for the sake of power plays (so many exist).

Review from Marketing Dept

They need a more variety of ages. Sometimes I feel like I work with a bunch of children.

Review from Sales Dept

Dissent is usually suppressed, decisions are made without transparency, and goals are unrealistic.

Review from HR Dept

Less focus on number of calls more focus on interactions with clients. \nTime on the phone should be more important than quick callS.

Review from Sales Dept

More support for managers. Mgmt-intensive culture but teams are far too big for mgrs to do their job well. I can't grow without more support
