Indeed.com Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They hold bi weekly meetings to stay in touch with the workforce.

They appear to be trying to do the right thing for the company, not just posturing and fighting for power.

They listen and provide solutions that help you achieve your goals.

Review from Sales Dept

Open, honest, supportive, transparent, people focused

Open and honest with employees. Always consider the consumer and ethics

Employee-first mindset, genuinely concerned with the human aspects of the job

Visible, communicative, values driven, employee focused, innovative

Review from HR Dept

The work environment is productive in this environment.

yeah i'm done with my team

leadership is relatively transparent (as transparent as any could probably legally be) and communication lines are open and encouraged

They live the company mission.

Review from HR Dept

The leadership team is always available and willing to help.

Review from Sales Dept

Great leadership team if you know who they are, lol.

They are extremely transparent and truly walk the walk.

Review from Product Dept

Clear communication, encouraging, supportive, wants you to succeed and grow

Great, great, great people and culture.

Review from Marketing Dept

Accessible - easy to see

Review from Sales Dept

They over communicate so everyone truly understands the direction the organization is moving in. Great team!

Review from Sales Dept

Innovative, Forward Thinking, Inclusive, Transparent, Passionate, & Proud

Review from Sales Dept

Transparent, inspiring, and genuinely invested in employees.

Review from Business Development Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

At being leaders. They are absolutely improvised muppets.

everything, zero managerial skills, bunch of young kids, power-high!

Many leaders left Indeed over the past year. It does not seem like decisions are being made with the employees best interests in mind..

SLT and GMs are directionless

Transparancy not aecrwcy is they key to trust

Leading...There is no accountability. Leaders are quite inexperienced. They lack empathy and do not genuinely care about helping job seekers.

They are aware of the culture problem. They wow you initially with gimmicks but when it comes to keeping employees long term they fail. Ask people - not the executives- how long they’ve been here. I

Review from Sales Dept

Our team is good but over committed. Take a breath

Review from Customer Support Dept

Getting a pulse of what is truly happening on the day to day. The surveys are "transparent" which means that everyone in leadership can map the feedback to the user. This does not encourage honesty or true transparency.

Review from Sales Dept

Any sort of collaboration - All communications are top down and it's a boys club that rules with an iron fist. 1 woman in Sr. Leadership.

Review from Sales Dept

Align cross functionally sooner for major company-wide initiatives and save the peons some time and stress.

Review from Marketing Dept

Getting robust feedback from people about their managers on a quarterly basis and making that part of the manager's performance review.

Review from HR Dept

Ensuring things are standardized across the organization, particularly w/ promotion timelines. Also pay needs to be more inline with market

Review from Product Dept

Promoting people who deserve it. To keep up with growth, they promote people that are only qualified because they're friends with management

Review from Customer Support Dept

Training, how to manage people, how to set team up to successfully hit high quota

Review from Sales Dept

Hiring/promoting managers. Current managers in my dept (INTL Ops) are stretched thin and unhappy. The review process is not scalable.
