Our culture and the level at which we hire our team is the best I've seen.
The level of respect given to the collective team is something very unique about Infront. The internal culture and quality of work are unmatched by any previous marketing companies I've worked for.
It's not necessarily an undervalue thing. I just would invest in Infront if it was a possibility. We are not quite there yet but if stock options become a thing, I'm in.
The fact that I was expected to know my stuff. I appreciate when a company hires based on merit and the ability to do a job. I personally think an employer should know an employee or at least have a good idea of who they are before hiring them.
Freedom and respect. You are given a job to perform and trusted to do it how you determine. That does leave room to fail if you don't know what you are doing. However, help is always available. I think that's how we provide such quality work. Our staff knows their stuff.
