I am new and have just started working for Infront this pass month. My leadership team is amazing and the best I have ever had the opportunity to work for. They are so helpful and answer any questions I could have and we are truly a team and no one is left on the side to figure things out alone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA match is pretty nice to help with insurance costs

We have good PTO and vacation benefits
The best part is 401k and health insurance. It helps me prepare for retirement while making sure my family is healthy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not necessarily an undervalue thing. I just would invest in Infront if it was a possibility. We are not quite there yet but if stock options become a thing, I'm in.

Everyone is happy to help each other and work together
Team work is number one. When one person succeeds for a client we all succeed. They celebrate each other and collaborate to find the best way to achieve the clients goal.

Freedom and respect. You are given a job to perform and trusted to do it how you determine. That does leave room to fail if you don't know what you are doing. However, help is always available. I think that's how we provide such quality work. Our staff knows their stuff.

What did you like most about the interview process?
How clearly my job functions were explained
Ot was different than most interviews I knew the people interviewing me because I came from an affiliate company and had worked with the infront team for about a year.

The questions were tough which let me know that I would be working for a company that employed experts in the field. Working with a group of experts is invigorating.

The fact that I was expected to know my stuff. I appreciate when a company hires based on merit and the ability to do a job. I personally think an employer should know an employee or at least have a good idea of who they are before hiring them.

Working with employees that love their job, and are friendly and helpful
My co-workers they are amazing and so are the clients . Going to work is not a job its reconnecting with my work family.
