Although the CEO can be rude and quick-tempered, he works harder than anyone I've ever met. We regularly receive emails or Skype chats between 3- 4 am, and he's the first one we hear from in the morning at 9am, if not earlier. I'm not sure he sleeps. I've heard he naps during the day. Inspires us.
