The job is good very poor management company doesnt care for employees well its a job and pays the bills is mostly the attitude at this company its a stepping stone not a career

Continued scheduling issues have caused a loss of employees and difficulty obtaining new employees. It would be beneficial to listen to your employees complaints - especially seasoned employees as many have left due to alternating schedules.
