Company is like most publicly traded companies they only care about increasing shareholder value regardless of effect on production employees
Pay is great, benefits are ok Upper management seems disconnected from work Schedule flexibility is great once you know how to work with it, but attendance policy is unreasonably strict. Job would be easier if we were fully staffed at any given point.
Give them a culture worth the buy in.
