What's the company culture like at Invitae?
Invitae culture emphasizes freedom with responsibility. We do what we can not to fall into the corporate-feudalist trap. Performance is managed through peer review and not managerial fiat, micromanagement is frowned upon, and the team is always more important than the individual. The peer review aspect reinforces everyone pulling together - there's no way to "win" or move ahead at the expense of your team.
