I do like my job. I just think there are things that need to change. For one our employers at itron tell us to stay home if not feeling well especially during covid. Well if you do you still get i trouble for missing work. Even with a doctors note. We get 40 hours a year , if i get sick for a week.

Not bad, but getting heavier on the meeting/process side, slowing down real work.
