What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fairly understanding and reasonable to work with.
They provide regular feedback and resources to improve

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tax deductible dental and accident coverage is good.
Better than fair for the area.
My 401k. My insurance is good too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more money is better, compensation in stocks
Lots of people leaving for much higher comp, but apparently no attempt to adjust to the rest if the market
I'm on a contract and I'd love to be hired on full-time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to work at increasing speed, and are generally sociable.

Everyone is kind of helpful. People complain about their job alot but most of them are lazy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The experienced workers are understanding towards the new hires and are willing to share their experience promptly.
Everyone is very inviting and welcoming
Everyone is really friendly and they really take care of their employees, not so much their contractors.

What did you like most about the interview process?
4 out of 5 independent interviewers just looked at my resume and barely asked any questions. The main guy and I were on the same page immediately. Wonderful person that got passed over and explored his options elsewhere.
It took a while to get hired on I worked as a temp for almost a year but getting hired on full time was easy after the training
Meeting the people I was going to be working with.

The pace and physical contribution is rewarding.
Solving interesting problems with capable people
Having work to do. Not having to pick up the slack because others are lazy. I dont feel secure in my job or in this company
