What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Engineering department at ITW?

The basic questions would be: What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to work here? Describe challenges you’ve faced and how you overcome them. Why did you leave your prior employer? Where would you like to be 5yrs from now? Mention 80/20 “the Pareto principle” and how to use it in daily activity and prioritizing a heavy workload.
